Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://sonoransunbeamcleaning.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Sonoran Sunbeam Cleaning Services LLC markets and arranges Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Appliance Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Sonoran Sunbeam Cleaning Services LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Sonoran Sunbeam Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://sonoransunbeamcleaning.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Sonoran Sunbeam Cleaning Services LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Sonoran Sunbeam Cleaning Services LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sonoran Sunbeam Cleaning Services LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. AZ law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AZ.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
